Audience measurement — optional — we use Matomo, hosted on our own server, to know how many people visit the site and which pages they read.

If you refuse audience measurement, no cookie is placed and no statistics script is loaded.

On your first visit, a banner asks whether you accept audience measurement. Your decision is kept for one year.

To change it, delete this site's cookies from your browser settings: the banner will reappear. You can also set your browser to refuse all cookies — some features, booking in particular, will then stop working.
